Shopping online
Even if you have never shopped online before, the Burberry website is very simple to use. To make shopping online even easier, we have compiled the following tips.
How to find what you are looking for
There are several ways to shop on the site. These include by category such as Womenswear or Menswear, or by using the search box to find a specific item.
Shop by category
When you click on a category on the left of the screen such as Womenswear, you will see a list of sub-categories: Apparel, Outerwear, Rainwear etc. In some cases these categories are further split, so Apparel includes Jackets, Skirts, Knitwear and so on as sub-categories.
How to find a specific item
You can search for a specific item by using the search box. This is located in the top right hand corner of every page. This tool can also be used to search for specific items in several different ways. You could search for "Nova check bags" or even just "bags".
Choosing the size
Click on the image to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing, colour options, and quantities. You may need to use our size guide to make sure you get the perfect fit.

One-size belts can be cut to your required length when you receive them.
Using your shopping basket
When you have found an item you wish to purchase, select the size you want, then click 'Add to shopping bag'.
When you have finished shopping and are ready to place your order, click on "Go to Checkout", on the page you are viewing, or click "Shopping bag" at the top of the page.
After double-checking the contents of your shopping bag, click on 'Checkout'.
You will then be taken to the secure payment area, where you can follow the simple instructions to complete your order.
Registering online
To shop online with us you will need to register.
This is a simple process which asks you to nominate a username (your email address) and a password (any memorable word of your choice).
You will also need to enter some personal information, including your home and preferred delivery address. We will store these details so you will not have to enter them every time you order.
For security reasons, we do not store any card details, so you will need to re-enter these each time you place an order.
When you purchase an item and click through to the checkout pages, you will automatically be asked to register, or sign in if you have shopped with us before.
If you forget your password at any time, please do not worry. Simply click on the "Forgotten password?" link on the account log-in page and we'll email you a link, which will let you set a new password.
